Tại phiên khai mạc Kỳ họp thứ 3 Quốc hội khóa XIII sáng nay, 21/5, thừa ủy quyền của Thủ tướng, Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc thay mặt Chính phủ trình bày Báo cáo bổ sung kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm 2011, tình hình thực hiện nhiệm vụ 4 tháng đầu năm và những giải pháp chủ yếu tập trung chỉ đạo, điều hành trong những tháng còn lại của năm 2012.
