Nhằm ưu tiên kiềm chế lạm phát, ổn định kinh tế vĩ mô, từ đầu năm tới nay, Chính phủ đã thay đổi nhiều chính sách chặt chẽ và thận trọng. Tuy việc thực thi quyết liệt và nghiêm túc các chính sách này phần nào đã có tác dụng tích cực đối với nền kinh tế nhưng nó cũng gây không ít khó khăn cho DN, đặc biệt những DN có hoạt động sản xuất – kinh doanh phụ thuộc lớn vào nguồn vốn vay.
