Trong những ngày qua, giá dầu thô thế giới tăng mạnh lên mức hơn 88 USD/thùng trong ngày 17-10, trong khi đó giá xăng nhập khẩu tại thị trường Singapore đã lên đến 89 USD/thùng. Với mức giá nhập khẩu này thì nhiều DN kinh doanh xăng dầu VN sẽ bị lỗ nếu giá bán lẻ xăng trong nước không điều chỉnh tăng. Vì thế đã xuất hiện thông tin nhiều DN cùng nhau đề nghị lên liên bộ Tài chính và Công thương xin tăng giá bán ra hoặc được bù lỗ...
