FDI disbursement lowers deficit (27/08)

Disbursement of foreign direct investment (FDI) in August reached US$850 million, lifting FDI disbursement in the first eight months of the year to $7.25 billion, up nearly 3.6 per cent over the same period last year, said the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Foreign Investment Agency.
