Nền kinh tế đã bước đầu phục hồi, nhưng vẫn chưa bền vững, thậm chí còn rất mong manh bởi các “điểm nghẽn” chưa có nhiều cải thiện. Vì thế, thời gian tới cần phải có những giải pháp mạnh hơn tháo gỡ các điểm nút như nợ xấu và nợ công, khơi thông dòng vốn cho nền kinh tế. Đó là ý kiến được nhiều chuyên gia kinh tế nêu ra tại Diễn đàn kinh tế mùa xuân do Ủy ban Kinh tế của Quốc hội và Viện Hàn lâm KHXH Việt Nam tổ chức ngày 28-4 tại Quảng Ninh.

Theo công bố của Tổng cục Thống kê, 4 tháng đầu năm 2014, vốn đầu tư thực hiện từ nguồn ngân sách Nhà nước (NSNN) đạt 49.730 tỷ đồng, bằng 27,5% kế hoạch năm.
