Ngày 20.11, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư đã tổ chức hội nghị toàn quốc đánh giá tình hình thực hiện nhiệm vụ kinh tế- xã hội năm 2009 và triển khai kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế - xã hội 2010. Thủ tướng Chính phủ Nguyễn Tấn Dũng đã đến dự và phát biểu ý kiến chỉ đạo hội nghị.
