Criteria of incomes of new rural areas adjusted

According to Prime Ministerial Decision 491/QD-TTg dated on April 16, 2009 on promulgation of a set of national criteria for new rural development, the average per capita income per year of a commune of new rural areas must be 1.2-1.5 times higher than the provincial average level, in which the lowest end (1.2 times) is set for northern mountainous and midland regions and the highest (1.5 times) is required in the Red River Delta and the southeast regions.
