Vừa qua, Quốc hội đã công bố Bản dự thảo mới nhất về Luật Đầu tư công (LĐTC). Dự thảo LĐTC gồm 6 Chương, 74 Điều, quy định toàn bộ các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động quản lý đầu tư công.

Theo TS. Cao Sỹ Kiêm, nguyên Thống đốc NHNN, thành công lớn nhất trong điều hành CSTT của NHNN trong 2 năm qua là đã đưa hoạt động ngân hàng trở về đúng quỹ đạo, ổn định giá trị đồng tiền, kiểm soát lạm phát… Theo đó, lạm phát năm 2013 được kiềm chế ở mức khoảng 6,5%, mặt bằng lãi suất giảm mạnh, tỷ giá tiếp tục ổn định, tình trạng đô la hóa trong nền kinh tế giảm, dự trữ ngoại hối được tăng cường…

Cùng với việc điều hành CSTT bảo đảm ổn định KTVM, ngành Ngân hàng đang quyết liệt thực hiện tái cơ cấu về chất.
