Tình hình kinh tế xã hội Quý I/2013 (01/04)

Kinh tế-xã hội nước ta ba tháng đầu năm 2013 diễn ra trong bối cảnh kinh tế thế giới tiếp tục chịu ảnh hưởng của suy thoái kinh tế, nhất là khu vực đồng Euro và hầu hết các nước trong khu vực. Một số nước điều chỉnh giảm tăng trưởng năm 2013 do tình hình kinh tế những tháng cuối năm 2012 không được như mong đợi. Thị trường tiêu thụ hàng hóa thu hẹp, nhu cầu tiêu dùng giảm sút dẫn đến sự trì trệ của nhiều nền kinh tế lớn. Ở trong nước, mặc dù một số cân đối vĩ mô có những cải thiện nhưng hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp tiếp tục đối mặt với nhiều khó khăn, thách thức. Hàng tồn kho vẫn còn cao. Tình trạng nợ xấu chưa được giải quyết. Trước tình hình đó, ngày 07 tháng 01 năm 2013 Chính phủ ban hành Nghị quyết số 01/NQ-CP về những giải pháp chủ yếu chỉ đạo điều hành thực hiện Kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế-xã hội và dự toán ngân sách nhà nước năm 2013 và Nghị quyết số 02/NQ-CP về một số giải pháp tháo gỡ khó khăn cho SXKD, hỗ trợ thị trường, giải quyết nợ xấu, đồng thời chỉ đạo quyết liệt các ngành, địa phương thực hiện đồng bộ nhằm thực hiện tốt các mục tiêu, chỉ tiêu kinh tế-xã hội cả năm.
