Foreign individuals, organisations allowed to build houses for sales

Foreign individuals and organisations are allowed to build houses for sales in addition to providing real estate services in line with Viet Nam 's Law on Real Estates Business.
The policy was confirmed by the Ministry of Construction, which is authorised to oversee real estate-related activities.
In spite of allowed involvement in housing construction, foreign individuals and organisations have not been entitled to purchase house yet, according to the ministry.
