Customs leaders on July 12 conversed with more than 500 local importers and exporters in a bid to address unsettled difficulties in the field.

Also on the day, 60 officials of 20 southern customs offices completed a course in which they were updated with knowledge related to international integration.

This was part of endeavours that the customs sector has undertaken to keep up with international standards during the 2006-2010 period.
