JETRO Hanoi Chief Representative Hirokazu Yamaoka said that improved infrastructure, especially power supply, was one of the most notable elements making the Vietnamese investment environment in 2012 more attractive than it was in 2011. Power shortages were no longer a problem for investors, he said.
Inflation decreased considerably, while workforce quality improved. The Vietnamese Government improved the investment environment through law reform.
