Vietnam’s CPI increases by 0.49% in October (28/10)

Specifically, nine groups of commodities register an increase of below 1%, of which the price of the food and catering service group sees the highest increase of 0.86% with the price of food and foodstuff increasing by 1.04% and 0.91% respectively. The price of the group of education rises by 0.53%; and the price of the housing and construction material group sees an increase of 0.5%.

The groups of transport and postal services experience declines of 0.17% and 0.03% respectively.

The gold price decreases by 2.87%; VND appreciates by 0.18% against the US dollar.
