SBV acknowledges registration of bank cards of SCB (29/10)

Accordingly, the SBV acknowledges that the SCB has registered to issue two additional types of domestic credit cards including: (i) VIP card of Phan Hung Electric Center, (ii) and Customer Card of Phan Hung Electric Center at the SBV in accordance with the form, functions and utilities mentioned in bank card registration certificate No.2799/SCB-TGĐ.13 dated October 22, 2013.
The SBV requires the SCB to comply with the SBV regulations on issuance, payment, utilization and provision of support services promulgated with Decision No. 20/2007/QD-NHNN of the SBV Governor dated May 15, 2007; and the regulations on risks management in electronic banking operations, safety and security of information technology system in banking operations and the regulations on safe internet banking services.
