Accordingly, based on the price range, average power price until 2015 will be adjusted not lower than minimum rate or higher than maximum rate. In addition, power tariff adjustment must be appropriate with power demand.
If it is necessary to adjust retail power price according to power generation cost, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to calculate and adjust price level and present to the Prime Minister for consideration.
