Additionally,
the total ODA and preferential loan capital in the first half of 2014
gained US$ 2.25 billion.
At the meeting of the national steering committee presided by
Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai, he asked the relevant agencies have
to continue to check, supervise and speed up tasks of campaigning, managing and
using ODA and contracted preferential loan capital for this year.
