Accordingly, these
subjects will enjoy an 8% added to their monthly wage since January 1,
2015. The additional wage would be calculated using the formula: salary
grade x minimum wage (1,150,000 VND) x 8%.
The increased salary is not used for paying social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance and other allowances.
The State budget will supplement the expenditures to increase the salary in case ministries, agencies, centrally - run cities and provinces are lack of the capital source.
The decree will take effect as from April 1.
