Measures to promote exports, expand markets and control imports in accordance with the international commitments and rules and accelerate the implementation of strategic breakthroughs in accordance with economic restructuring need to be implemented drastically, he added.
He also proposed ensuring social security, supporting local people who severely suffer from natural calamity and droughts and ethnic minorities as well as expanding social insurance and upgrading health care services for the whole people.
He highlighted to consolidate national security and defense, maintain political security and social order, protect territorial independence and sovereignty, enhance international integration and boost Free Trade Agreement negotiations.
