ODA disbursement fetches US$1.889 billion in 2010-2015 (07/12)

In the January-September period, total ODA and preferential loans reached around US$2.729 million of which preferential loans valued US$2.698 million and ODA US$31.91 million.
Foreign credits chiefly focused on transport, environment (water supply, sewage, climate change response), urban development, energy, and industries.
Meanwhile, the sum of ODA and preferential loans for agriculture, rural development, poverty reduction, healthcare, society, education and training, science and technology, and institutional building remained modest.
The disbursement of ODA and preferential loans was improved, from US$3.541 billion in 2010 to US$5.655 billion in 2014, and was estimated at US$5 billion in 2015./.
