Growth was also spurred by the effect of the revised Laws on Enterprises and Investments as well as a series of bilateral and multi-lateral new free trade agreements.
Mr. Hue said positive economic signals in 2015 came as a result of the Party’s shift from fast and sustainable development to reasonable growth since 2011.
Macro-economy was further stabilized and inflation tumbled to the lowest level in 14 years while interest rate remained stable and exports increased.
Thanks to the Government’s drastic efforts, the country’s business environment continued improvements, particularly administrative procedures in such areas like tax, customs, electricity access, license granting, and natural resources and environment were further streamlined.
Last year, the revision of the Laws on Enterprises and Investment and the Law on Public Investment and the adoption of the Law on State Capital Management and Use at enterprises have helped beef up deep the country’s international integration process, facilitating exports./.
