Theo cam kết gia nhập WTO, bắt đầu từ tháng 1/2015, thị trường bán lẻ Việt Nam sẽ được mở cửa hoàn toàn. Giờ G chưa đến nhưng miếng bánh đã được các ông lớn nước ngoài chia nhau gần hết. Với xu thế này thì đến năm 2020 thị trường bán lẻ Việt Nam sẽ coi như nằm hoàn toàn trong tay các doanh nghiệp nước ngoài.
