Năng lực cạnh tranh quốc gia của Việt Nam năm 2007-2008 theo xếp hạng của diễn đàn kinh tế thế giới

Theo Diễn đàn kinh tế thế giới, năm 2007 Việt Nam xếp hạng 68 trong số 131 nền kinh tế được xếp hạng về Chỉ số năng lực cạnh tranh tổng hợp và xếp hạng 76 trong số 127 nền kinh tế được xếp hạng về Chỉ số năng lực cạnh tranh doanh nghiệp. Năm 2006, thứ hạng của Việt Nam tương ứng với các chỉ số này sau khi đã điều chỉnh là 64/122 và 80/111. Như vậy, năm 2007 năng lực cạnh tranh chung của nền kinh tế tụt 4 hạng, mặc dù năng lực cạnh tranh doanh nghiệp đã tăng 4 hạng. Bài viết này phân tích sự thay đổi thứ hạng của Việt Nam năm 2007 so với năm 2006 trên cơ sở sử dụng số liệu của Diễn đàn Kinh tế thế giới.
