Giảm thuế, ngân sách có thể mất gần 1 tỷ USD (20/08)

Theo ước tính của chuyên gia kinh tế Nguyễn Hà, tính chung với 18 nhóm mặt hàng được giảm thuế, trong 5 tháng cuối năm nguồn thu ngân sách sẽ giảm 12.500 tỷ đồng đến 15.000 tỷ đồng. Nhưng thực tế thì việc giảm thuế nói trên có làm giảm mạnh mẽ giá bán lẻ cho người tiêu dùng hay không thì khó ai có thể nói chắc được.
