Today, the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM), in coordination with German Development Cooperation GIZ(1) through its Macroeconomic Reform Programme, organised the Forum on ‘Growth Recovery and Economic Restructuring: Opportunities and Challenges’.The Forum is an annual activity of CIEM, which focuses on the debates of burning economic issues in Viet Nam, gathering hundreds of top-ranking national and international scientists, experts, policy makers, managers, other representatives from enterprises and international organisations.
