Góp ý tại các tổ cho dự án Luật Quản lý nợ khu vực công chiều 27/10, ĐBQH muốn luật quản lý nợ công phải điều tiết cả việc vay nợ của các DNNN, "nếu không sẽ vô cùng nguy hiểm vì nhiều tập đoàn đua nhau đi vay", nhiều DN vay vốn lớn gấp nhiều lần vốn sở hữu.

October will be the fifth consecutive month to see the trade deficit curbed at below $1bil. The average monthly trade deficit in the period from June to October is just equal to 19.7% of that in the period from January to May. It is expected that the trade deficit for 2008 will be lower than the planned level.
