This is an important meeting and orients for the entire co-operation during the year. Deputy Minister of Finance Truong Chi Trung led Vietnam’s delegation of the Ministry of Finance and the State Bank attending the meeting.

Theo số liệu của tổng cục Thống kê, kim ngạch xuất khẩu hai tháng đầu năm đạt khoảng 18,97 tỉ USD, tăng 23,9% so với cùng kỳ. Kim ngạch nhập khẩu hai tháng ước đạt 17,3 tỉ USD, tăng 10,2% so với cùng kỳ. Tính chung hai tháng năm 2013, nước ta xuất siêu khoảng 1,68 tỉ USD, bằng 8,8% kim ngạch xuất khẩu.

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) recently announced a survey of Japanese businesses operating in Asia and Oceania. Although 65.9 percent of the surveyed businesses said they would choose Vietnam as an investment destination in the next one to two years, this does not mean that the Vietnamese investment environment has really met the expectations of Japanese investors.
